INFRASTRUCTURE
- 1600 UST four column imported hydraulically operated microprocessor controlled extrusion press having flexibility to extrude 6 and 7 inches Diameter billets.
- Imported High energy efficient log heater with hot log shear.
- Highly energy efficient alloying & melting Furnaces along with Imported Hot Top Casting Table.
- Three headed Automatic Puller and Handling System equipped with belt conveyor to keep soft metal scratch free, and shiny.
- Imported microprocessor controlled Ageing Furnace which ensures uniform temperature and flow of air.
- An state-of-art facility is constructed for our manpower so that they don’t feel that they are away from home.
